Leading from Abundance is a 5-week virtual program designed to help clergy develop the kind of grounded, resilient leadership today’s ministry requires. Rooted in both theological reflection and nervous system-informed leadership practices, this course guides clergy to identify their God-given giftedness and how the physical and emotional demands of ministry impact their decision-making, relationships, energy, and long-term sustainability in ministry.

You’ll discover:

  • Your unique God-given giftedness

  • What you feel called to do in this season of ministry

  • How stress shows up in your body and shapes your leadership

  • Practices that promote sustainable, Spirit-led leadership

Leading from Abundance is about discovering what actually feels like abundance to you, embracing who you are, leaning into your strengths, and identifying what resources you need to sustain in ministry.
