Restoration Fellowship
Retreat and Reflect your way to sustainable life in ministry.
The Restoration Fellowship is grounded in the central premise “you have to know yourself to be your Self,” and that is the guiding idea emphasizing that authentic leadership and spiritual resilience begin with deep self-awareness.
By understanding your inner beliefs, patterns, and body responses, you gain the clarity and freedom to live and lead from your true Self. At the heart of the program is the Restore Framework, a structured, repeatable process grounded in Christian Practices and informed by the Immunity to Change Framework and Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.
Participants learn to reorient to their values, explore inherited beliefs, reflect on the impact of those beliefs, test new practices, integrate insights, and embody lasting change.
